It has a proven life expectancy of over 50 years, is echo friendly, so reducing the impact on the environment. It has a 300% expansion rate, allowing it to move with the decking below. The wall chase, edges and gutter can be finished off with decorative trims. Most roofs will be covered with a single membrane and fully adhered to the decking.
