The roof covers the outhouse and a walkway. It is flat, on a timber structure, and is 2.20m x 1.75m. One long side and one short side have upstands, about 30 cm deep. The third short side is attached to the house wall, and the fourth long side is a plain edge, draining onto full-length guttering. The roof was professionally re-felted about 10 years ago but is now leaking. I believe that a Firestone rubber membrane is the best solution. Please Note: my wife and I are in our 80's and we are now self-isolating, so any on-site communication with you must be at a distance. Access to the work area is easy and by side gates. Thank you
