About the Business
Oxford Industrial Roofing continuously invest in the most modern and innovative powered access equipment to allow us to safely reach areas of roof that other companies would need to scaffold. Our customers know this and that’s why 70% of our work load is repeat business. It may be why 100% of our new customers stay with us, too.
Our offices in TOWN provide a base for our directly-employed teams of fitters, team leaders and site managers. With over twenty site staff, in addition to full-time designers, we use our own people on the majority of projects. We also have a pool of trusted, trained and qualified subcontractors who we call upon when necessary.
We manage our staff training schedules rigorously to maintain quality and safety standards. All field staff are CSCS and IPAF trained, with specific qualifications to match individual experience and roles. Ten of our staff are trained as supervisors/site managers.
