Bath, SomersetI hired this company thinking I was getting a local installer to do our simple one hip back roof as they note Bristol and Bath as their area, but he brought in a very sketchy team from London. Once they began it was clear quality was terrible, and the owner was not onsite hardly at all so I had to go up on the scaffolding and try and document and deal with all the issues myself. I fixed some but not all the issues. The new truss cuts they did were atrocious, the felt work (still) isn't fully supported on the ends and doesn't wrap, I can see daylight in multiple places in my loft, and I ended up having to pay another guy to do the lead work as he stated my lead was no good and I had to pay for materials and labour myself to rectify. He also tried to charge me £2000 to have this crew repoint my stone, so I called my real stonemasons and they did for less than half, and are experts. I caught him in a few lies and my suggestion is to avoid this company at all costs!
