About the Business
All office staff have undertaken training on customer service and have participated in our in-house training. The management team regularly attend meetings with our construction staff to update them on new regulations and new types of materials. All staff are regularly assessed in terms of skills and performance and where identified the relevant training is arranged.
Our senior management hold a black CSCS card N/SVQ level 5. Operatives are all currently working towards obtaining gold level 3 advanced crafts/supervisory cards and blue level 2/3 experienced worker cards.
