By doing this it is often unnecessary to have internal lighting on nearly as much and makes the building a nicer environment for staff members to work in. Tek Clad Ltd has completed many refurbishments to existing properties. This is either in the form of strip and replace or over cladding. We complete all of our refurbishments to a high standard and will make sure you receive a top quality service, no matter the size of the job.

Strip and replace:

We offer removal of all current roofing and cladding systems including the removal of any non-licensed asbestos cement cladding materials for an existing building. We then replace this with new materials to make the building not only look new externally but also internally. When this work is carried out we try to improve the u-values to achieve the best insulation we can to make the building far more energy efficient. This is something that many of our clients have commented on as energy bills are always a big expense to any commercial property.

Over Cladding:

Tek Clad has also completed many over cladding projects. This is when we install a new covering of cladding over the existing. This we can fit to asbestos cement, steel, flat roofs and over brickwork and stone walls. This gives any building a new lease of life, free of leaks and drafts as well as a new image and an improvement of insulation values.
