South Devon Flat Roofing Ltd was established in the mid 1960s and was taken over in 1997 by the present owner Brett Maxwell. Specialising in innovative techniques and the latest materials, Brett and his team work in the Torbay, Teignbridge and South Hams areas - however enquires from any location will be considered and work has recently been completed in London.
Many property owners underestimate the changes in technology and working practices that have occured in the roofing industry. In order to stay up to date with these advances in roof covering and fixing Brett and his team have attended many courses and training sessions from the leading material manufacturers and developers in roofing technology.
SDFR has been trained by Firestone in the installation of the highly acclaimed RubberGard ™ EPDM system. We are now able to offer extended guarantees on residential and commercial installations of this system.
