Forthcoming Group is a Sunderland-based property improvement company providing roofing, driveways, landscaping and brickwork services to homeowners across Sunderland and the North East. Founded in 2022 by Ryan Forth and two school friends, the team brings decades of combined experience across surveying, roofing, joinery, brickwork and landscaping, and has completed over 500 projects in the region. Services range from roof repairs and full roof replacements to new driveways, garden makeovers, patios, fencing, turfing, brick repairs, chimney work, repointing and colour render.
